Valentine's strawberry with mango

for my readers, that means for you, my recommendation for today:
So easy but simply spectacular dessert
Frozen mango yogurt with strawberry

The rose is red, the violet's blue,
The honey's sweet, and so are you.
Thou art my love and I am thine;
I drew thee to my Valentine:
The lot was cast and then I drew,

ingredients for two:

• 1 big mango
• 1 yogurt
• some strawberries
• canned sugar (optional)

recipe:

1. Peel the mango, slice it in small pieces and reserve it in the freezer
2. Mix the frozen mango with the yogurt and sugar in a blender
3. reserve it at the freezer or fridge if you're ready to serve it,
4. wash the strawberries, cut the green part after being washed
5. slice them at your desire to decorate the ice cream
6. garnish with a leaf of mint

Two days of the year are dedicated to love.
One is today, symbolized with a heart, next will be the 23 of April for "Sant Jordi" plenty of roses and books.
This week is also plenty of celebrations, on Thursday dijous gras: omelets, (butifarra d'ous) egg sausage and (coques de llardons) pastry cracklings are eaten, Carnival will be held with rues of people dancing dressed for the occasion and finally will come the sardine's funeral.
